Where does this attach? This has a straight bracket and most I have seen use a Z bracket that mounts on the lower part of the motor?

This mounts to an existing empty stud on the water pump, as I believe the Z brackets may have issues with the Shaker hood. This one works with both Shaker hoods and non-Shakers. Here is a picture from UPR's website of the chrome version (the one I'm selling is black, like my picture shows above).

Got it, looks clean. I have no shaker, just 6.4L. Can you shorten that run so its a little closer or should it stick out that far on the photo you provided? Is that why there are two slots?

You can shorten it using the other hole, yes. You would just have to have the bar angled up a little more, so that the catch can is a bit higher and clears. Thats the neat thing about it, is the catch can is on a pivot on that bar, so you can mount it at any angle you desire, as long as the hood clears obviously.

I ordered this and the fender mounted one, and the wife liked the fender mounted unit better (personal aesthetics), hence why this one is for sale.
