First off, if you want to make 400whp, do the following:
Intake, exhaust, ported TB, 180tstat, custom tune
^^ That's what I'm running and the car made 405whp
Then if you want to make 450whp, do all the above + cam, long tube headers, and maybe worked heads.
And when it comes to superchargers it's more up to personal preference. I personally prefer Roots (screw) type SC's, simply because I love the whine. However, as I recall, centrifugal SC's will make a little more power.
