2009 Challenger

I have a square hole in the center of the rear shelf under the back window

Looks like 2 fixing holes in the carpet piece at the front & rear of the square hole

Can any of you guys tell me what I'm missing please?

Importantly does anyone have one that they can sell & ship to me in UK? (prepared to pay)
