What does The Win module actually control

:werd:My 2009 Challenger SRT8 went to the dealer because the dash said the car was not in park. They told me it was the Win module. Now after waiting 45 days and it is still back ordered the car is really acting up. The car will not unlock with the remote and when I use the key it sets off the alarm. Preditor says U 0108( I think that was the code.) Communication failure? Then all the dash lights come on for ABS, Traction control, Red light for theft, starts then shuts off, Dash says the car is in Park, Drive, Reverse, Neutral at the same time and so forth. I am going nuts on this! Can someone explain what this module controls?
