How long, on average does it take, once an order is placed for them to be delivered to the closest store of mounting/balance and installation?

Also, what balancing machine is used for your stores? Or does that vary by location as well?

Thank you in advance for the help!

Thank you for the post Owen.

If you have a Discount Tire in your area I recommend purchasing there. Our local stores are competitive with the on-line market and they also price match. I suggest contacting your closest store to see what they can do for you  Here's the link to our store locator.

In-regards to our balancing equipment, most of our stores utilize the GSP 9700 but this will vary by region. When you contact your local store they will be able to tell you specifically what equipment they have.

Thank you for the response.

I guess that I should have been a bit more specific. The tires that I want are special order/non-stocked items. How long, when the order is placed, to have them to the store? Or would this be a better suited question for the store nearest me?

Ah, thank you for clarifying.

It depends on what tires you are ordering and where they are available from. Typically speaking though, it takes about 2 to 3 business days for special order items to come in. This is assuming the tires you want are available from the nearest distribution center. Your local Discount Tire will be able to give you a more accurate ETA.
