Hey guys, have a 13 v6 challenger, I was wondering if anyone with experience lowering the car had any suggestions on which brand and model to use? I want it lower but not super slammed, just a nice lower look and dont want to have a horrible ride because of it.

Is there a certain one that wont affect the smooth ride? I know theyre all going to affect it in some way but if its going to ride super hard I would just decide to leave it as-is.

I've got Mopar stage 1 springs. They get rid of that wheel gap but the ride is still very comfy. Not sure if they work of a V6 though?

summit racing springs, i personally think they cleaned up the ride a bit. when kicking it a little on corners it feels much smoother and more natural. similar to a solid axle car now

I got right about a 1.5" drop with the stage 1 Mopars. Not sure if it would be the same on your car though as the V6 is probably lighter than my 5.7 ? Unless they make a special version for the V6?

Looks good!!!! I just got my R/T back yesterday with the Mopar Stage 1 springs and it came out really nice. I also put the SRT 392 chin spoiler on it also. Just looks like this is the way the car should of came from the factory.

Yes, my car is manual and it still sits really nice, no gap between the wheel well and the wheel.

DSMDAVE-do you know if its the 1.6 or 1.9 inch spring you used? Do you need to drive over seedbumps and driveways crooked or do you clear them still? still nice ride quality?

1.5" silver spings, I have lower profile tires and I dont drive sideways over things or have to do any of that. I have yet to bottom out on my driveway incline either

so you think the 1.6" drop springs summit brand would be about the same then? would the stock 18" tires fit without rubbing?

I have the summits, mine said 1" to 1.5" pm me the link to the ones you want. Im a 275/30/20 tire and dont rub lol 18s will be even better=)

those are my springs, im doing a hunt to see what the dirrerence is, for some reason I believe its the camber setup but speedlogix lists the springs to be compatible on a few years into 12 but not other brands

yeah ive noticed some brand say 2009-2013 and some 2009-2010 and some 2011-2012 so it confused me I really like that $169 price for the summit springs also...dont know if I should trust the springs on ebay for $109 that say 2009-2013

i would avoid ebay all together for suspension, it seems like the height is what changes and they are all the same springs but just the height is what can matter more
