Does anyone really know, I mean ordering the parts with no return kinda know, which rear end comes on a 2009 Challenger R/T built on August 29, 2008 ? All I want to do is put 3:55 's in it.
Please try to stay on the topic, it is not a 6 speed or SRT8 and obviously has no drag pack or any other suspension options. Just an automatic R/T built in August of '08.

With the automatic you have the Mercedes Open rear end that the 06-08 SRT cars have. Your axles are 215MM with 28 spline on the differential side and 31 spline on the wheel side.

If you want 3.55 gears you can go with this: Richmond 3.55 Gear Set 05-09 300, Charger, Magnum, Challenger 6.1L

You car has an open differential with a 3.06 gear. Only the 6-speed manual with a 3.92 gear had the limited-slip differential.
