so i havent had any issue with this till now and i dont know why, the whipples idler bracket makes contact with the radiator hose and is now digging its way through. obviously i cant move the pulleys so how do i go about re-routing the radiator hose, and has anybody else had problems with this? heres a pic

Belt length can help with adjustment on the pulleys you may want to look into that. Example: you may be able to slide that pulley over more with a shorter belt

This is one of the weak points in the whipple design unfortunately. I spent a good hour adjusting the radiator hose and brake lines to keep from rubbing.

Someday and alot of money later, I would love to convert to the Hellcat/drag pack belt drive and fix it for good.
