Hey guys on my side where the window rolls up, the weatherstrip is flat for a small stretch in the middle. The passenger side doesn't look that way. Is that natural? If not, then more importantly is that going to to affect it's integrity over time?

As long as water doesn't roll in and you don't hear air coming in, it should be ok.

Go to the dealer if you think there is a further issue.
