How cool would this be, to have an IRS kit that I could run a 3.74 on the street and change to a 4.52 in just a few minutes at the track!! This combined with some 1400 HP axleshafts would be perfect. I hate the fact that we cannot program our cars ECM for a 4.56 ratio nor can we even get a 4.56 ratio for the factory rear diff.

Since I have a 6 speed track Pak with 3.92s and 20's all I would have to do to run an accurate odometer/speedometer would be to swap to the factory RT 18s for the street.

rear

You know most of the Pro-Drift teams we support have gone to this diff over the last few years, its a great unit and lets them change the gear sets out in a flash due to weather or temperature changes during the event along with track locations. After doing the 9" conversion i would say it could be done but it would be a major install. the rear cover is allot longer and would require significant fabrication work to both the sub frame and the trunk and other things.
