I am actually looking for my dad we got a guy in toledo who has a left over but he isnt coming down on price figured we would try else where! But anyone else who knows keep them coming. Other than in the United states their arnt any real location requirements.

I think I got the last good deal 2010 SRT in Toledo. But mine is a 6-speed in Silver. Basically the seem to be discounting the 6 speeds more heavily because "nobody is buying them".

according to cars.com the only "advertised price" with 10k off sticker is in Cali for Orange.

Hendrick Dodge in Cary, NC has 41 2010's leftover and I saw an email with 10k off SRT8's. here is one I saw (not your color though)
