A little history. I have a 2010 R/T PCP automatic with about 4600 miles on it. I am currently running the MOPAR CAI and the MOPAR/Borla cat back exhaust.

I am not looking at getting a predator or trinity until near the end of the year, if I can hold out that long.

I know LT headers with high flow cats are a preferred setup. Since that requires a custom tune and the the initial cost of the headers and cats this option is out.

That leaves me looking at shortys or grabbing a used set of SRT headers and mid-pipes. Does either one of these set ups require the use of a tuner? If not would there be any HP difference in shortys with the RT mids versus bolting on the SRT set up?

thanks in advance for any info or opinions you guys can provide
