I grew up in a house with 3 brothers and have two sons and have two male dogs in the house so it seems natural to me that my car would be a "he" too!lol And to my eyes at least, the challenger body has no real feminine features. So thats why to me, my challenger is a boy.BTW...his name is "The Beast"!

So,your car is a "he" or "she"?

Black Voodoo is male. Has balls like a race horse. I figure if someone deems their ride as a female, it's because it's the one female they will ever have dominion over. You are welcome for the Psych 101 lesson :)

Good thread! Mine has been named the Mistress by the wife. Funny story - was coaching my daughters softball team and the wife shows up after warm ups, but before the game starts. I'm talking to one of the parents and the wife comments "I see you brought the Mistress". Got a LOT of heads turning.

MALE

Mine is a Male
When GRIZZ was born I determined that he needed some transplants to impove his quality of life (and mine) (426,Whipple,quafe,Superbird ect...). GRIZZ was sent to the transplant specialists (PPP,HPP,Mr. Norms). I do believe GRIZZ is a male do to the size of his gonads and his attitude. GRIZZ will leave you alone if you leave him alone. If you screw with GRIZZ, he will tear you up. GRIZZ is big, black, powerfull and is the baddest thing around in these Wyoming woods. GRIZZ is surprisingly fast and nimble for its size and he spends the winter in a cave sleeping. GRIZZ will eat most any thing ( I believe that he will love a diet of Mustangs, Snakes, Firebirds, Camaros, ect...), there are not many of them in the woods and when spotted GRIZZ draws a croud that stares in awe of the beast. Man and woman alike are turned on by his brutte force and its powerfull looks. Grizz must be a male with that much going on.

Glad Im not the only one. Stella and the future SWMBO are like the old dog and the new puppy, they are still trying to get adjusted to each other.

Absolutely a female, her name is Peggy as in Peggy Sue, my wife helped name her. She is very sexy and beautiful like a woman, she is also very fast and powerful and when angered can show you whats she's made of and why you shouldn't ever drive by her and piss her off, others should always fear this woman's scorn.
My wife probably thinks I spend to much time with her.

"The Car" - I'm going to have to add this to my Netflix cue!!!

OK, back to the subject at hand. When I first bought the "Beast", it was definately male, with a bad attitude. My wife never liked it, but said "It's your car, I'll never drive it!". My mother in-law said that it looks "intimidating", my sister-in-law said it looks "too fast" to carry herself or her sons/my nephews in - thus making it the perfect car!!!

I have always talked to my cars (just here and there and no they don't talk back). The first week or so I started calling it "Buddy", but that slowly evolved to "Baby". When I walk past her in the garage, I usually tap her on the rear and say "how's it going baby". When I get a break in traffic and I want to let her roll, I'll always say "OK baby, here we go!". Given my interactions and how the women in my life seem to hate her, I definately have a girl...a dangerous girl that the other girls don't like. :)
