Anyone who has installed one of the ZL1 addons tow hook, how did you do it?

What were the steps involved?

I forgot how the metal support in the front runs but can it be accessed by removing just the bottom engine splash guards and bottom grill bezel? :dunno:

I thought the front facia sat on the plastic crumple doodads and the metal support sat further back?

BTW the pic below was to show the bezel on the license plate holder.

its actually pretty easy to pull the fascia, once you get over the fear of it

if look carefully, you can see a Fluidyne aluminum radiator, two fans, the original fan mounted on the inside (hidden) and a pusher aftermarket fan mounted on the outside, condenser is gone, one of the two oil coolers, Mishimoto is mounted lower passenger side, Magnuson heat exchanger and Hellcat heat exchanger also adapted and mounted driver side

the passenger oil cooler could not be adapted since the R/T's and later SRT's, Scats, have electric over hydraulic power strg pump which is visible passenger side below headlamp, not enough room, so we made our own system

I agree, facia removal is easy and would make the task way easier but was just throwing out the possibility of going through the bottom grille bezel.
