U could follow this but to install your new pcs

I had considered the delete kit. However, they require a functional actuator to report back to the computer that the full range of motion is being traversed, otherwise they throw a code. I think my failed actuator means I'd still get a check engine light, even with the delete kit.

This is true. For some reason I thought the physical valve wasn't opening & the actuator wasn't able to move. That's my mistake.
