Parking Brake Cable Adjustment (not shoe adjustment)

So after 7 months of ripping apart my rear end I figured out what was rattling over bumps. It is a tiny little piece inside the parking brake shoe assembly. Video here:

When the parking brake is engaged that little guy will not budge. If I drive around with my parking brake engaged just enough to not trip the sensor, no rattle at all.

So. I think I need to tighten the cable? Anyone done this before. I looked around under there and was not really able to see anything.

There should be some little click-type adjusters (one on each side) that are accessible from the inside of the brake assembly. Inside, meaning inboard, or from the backside in other words. Make sure those are adjusted and it should stop that rattling
