I live in Europe and few months ago I bought my first ever American car - Dodge Challenger 2015- scat pack with manual transmission. The import process was simple and the damage wasn't so bad, so after a few months in the garage it is running again.
I want to program a new FOBIK key because at some point I might loose or brake mine. The car came with a single key which is uncommon in Europe
This should be relatevly easy procedure with AlfaOBD and OBDlinx mx+
I got both and I can change few of the parameters but I can't read the Security PIN. I already know that I don't have Security gateway because it is before 2017.
No matter what I have tried to get the PIN it just finishes without an error or without anything. At some point returned 00C6 which I used to lock the RFH a couple of times. A quick Google search led me to that it is just an error.
So do you guys have any idea how to get the pin? Dealer is not going to work because there aren't any nearby.
Another tool might work but I'm not exactly sure which one and spending 500usd on some Xtool is not an option.

It may not apply, but see that in this video, with that scanner the doors needed to be closed, the ignition off, and the hazard lights on
