I did a some dyno runs yesterday so I decided to post up a video and my sheet for you guys to see.
From my last dyno I put up 433 HP and 432 ft lbs of torque stock with just a CAI.
This dyno put up 454 HP and 467 ft lbs of torque with a cracked pcm, Diablo 93 canned tune, and CAI.
Now before you guys start picking it apart I am well aware of it being on two different dynos, lower DA, and it being cooler so I know there are variances but still an impressive gain.
The 93 tune claims a 15 hp and 20 ft lb gain so the gains here show 22 hp and 34 torque more in comparison.
There is a better throttle response and the ability to light the tires up at 40mph in sport/track mode and my quarter mile times have dropped right at a tenth on average across the board hitting 12.1 and 12.2's consistently.
I was like a lot of you here pondering that expense of the pcm and tuner but there isnt any choice if you plan to mod so I sucked it up and spent 850 bucks for it (with 180 tstat) too and am pleased with the results so far.

Just my opinion. I've seen lots of dyno numbers with canned tunes over the years and majority of them are a disappointment with gains between 5-10 rwhp. Do some data logging and see what the numbers tell you as far as KR and all. Your dyno numbers are very strong but I wouldn't put much faith in them numbers due to the reasons you mentioned. I used to data log going back and forth on stock, canned and the HF custom tune, and there was a few degrees of ST KR difference between all of them, even 1 degree of LT KR which is a no no. I'd get a custom email tune, you'll be even more pleased. Lots of happy customers with Sean's tune (Hemifever) including myself.
