Has anyone put a set of 20" cragar s/s wheels on their Challenger? I didn't know if this was basically the same looking wheel that comes on the Challenger classic? If so, pictures anyone??? :)

Very nice! Where did you find White Letter tires in 20+ sizes?

I've seen the Cragar S/S's on a Challenger. Not like the Cragars of 70's. I guess because of the brakes on the Challenger, there is practically no offset or dish to the wheels. In fact, the center, where the spokes actually meet, bulge out from the tire a bit.

Forum member Grey Ghost has some. In his avatar pic, you can see how the spokes bulge out.

I'm quite pleased with my Classic deep dish factory wheels.

Here's some pics - 20" Cragar SS 610Cs. 5.5" backspace, 13mm offset, 115mm bolt pattern on my SRT8. Wheels are one of the most "personalized" things you can do from an aftermarket appearance perspective. Ultimately, it comes down to what "does it" for you - as long as you're pleased with the look, that's what really matters.

In my case, I wanted something "retro" - the Cragars worked for me. I also like the look of chrome on black. I personally think the modern Challenger looks better with a low-profile tire compared to going totally "old school" (smaller rim, higher sidewall) - but again, that's just me - I'm very pleased with how it looks with the Cragars. Lots of options on aftermarket wheels, so take your time and choose what does it for you.

Those look great.

I have them, and I love 'em. There are so many different opinions about wheels, it's crazy. Get what you like, 'cause there is no one wheel that everybody likes. You know what they say about opinions.....

Will these fit a 2011 r/t in a 20"? I would just want to move the stock firehawks over as well.

There's some R/Ts on the forum with these exact wheels. The only fitment concern on the SRT was having enough off-set to clear the front Brembo calipers (which these do) - don't have that issue with the R/T.

I moved the stock RSAs over along with the TPMS. Easy day (well, for the shop guys that did it for me). That brings up another point - finding a shop that was willing to mount the Cragars was an issue. All the name brand franchise shops in my area wouldn't do it. Said they didn't want to assume any liability for damaging the rims. Took them to a custom speed shop that uses the same equipment Ferrari does to mount wheels - they did it no problem (along with balancing) and without as single mark on the rims. Just wanted to mention that, as I didn't know a lot of franchise shops won't install certain aftermarket wheels. The up side was all those big name shops were honest with me, vice trying it and messing it up.

I love Cragars. I had Cragars on my little Dodge Colt and it made the car look mean. (lol), I want to know if anyone knows where I can purchase (online) Cragars for my 2010 Challenger S/E that fits the 17 inch rims. Please advise...someone.... Pls send me a PM with any helpful info.

Thanks!

Skip the Cragars, the ones made for the for you Challenger look like crap. They look nothing like the older ones, I know because I have a 2010 Challenger and got a set for mine and made them send them back because they looked to bad, instead of have the nice rounded look to the spokes the are more squared. Take a look at the Chip Foose Legend wheel that is what I used and they look incredible. Call Elites Wheels in Ohio and talk to Derrick at 1-866-829-1456 and he can hook you up. If you want to see my car go to RimGarage.com - Real Wheel Visualizer and search through the pictures and you will find my red Challenger R/T classic in there to see the wheels.

Just to verify. So a 20x9" Cragar SS 610C wheel. 5.5" backspace, 13mm offset, 115mm bolt pattern should work fine for an R/T?

I want to make sure before I order them.

Thanks

BTT as I would like to know the answer to this question, too. Sadly, my stock R/T rim look like crap :( & I want to replace them.
