I doubt a dealer would do that...essentially you're going beyond what combination of parts they would install on a 5.7 beyond what their manuals call for.
Then there's the liability on their part if something didn't go right.
The 6.4 cam will work, it requires different valve springs (5.7 and 6.1 springs will coil bind with the higher lift) and the 6.4 springs won't work since the installed height wouldn't be correct.
You can get aftermarket parts (valve springs, retainers, pushrods) that will work for the 6.4 cam swap into the 5.7 (I've done my own after researching the threads here on CT) and to optimize the tuning for the new cam (higher lift, longer duration), you'll need customized tuning to realize the gains the cam will afford.
