Try restarting your phone, I just tried it on my phone and this is what I see under 2020 BCM and I am not connected to the car.

 

Restart didnt work. When not connected to the car and using 2019 and under I see options.

When I connect to car and try to utilize 2019 and under, it defaults to 2020 and the options are blank.

 

I ended up figuring it out.

So every time I tried to connect to "Body Computer" MY2015 thru MY2019 it would end up default connecting to MY2020 + powernet.

The MY2020+ doesnt have any options under car config as stated above.

Well, I found an option in the settings to enable that disables default interface.

See attached screen. That let me use MY2019 and now it works fine! Hope this helps someone else eventually.
