Just wondering if anybody has a car seat in their Challenger? I'm sure it's not practical but as long as a rear facing child seat will fit, I'm "allowed" to get one lol.

I had two front facing car seats which was slightly painful to
Use but I like the car so much it did not matter. Access for
The person buckling the child in is awkward.

I had 2 car seats in mine off and on for 2 years since mine isn't driven every day. Since mine is an 10' only my passenger seat has the lever so the seat goes all the way forward, but the driver side seat doesn't. So it can be interesting at times. BUT all in all I've had no problems at all with the baby/car seats. My daughters love when I drop them off in school in the Challenger!

I have a forward facing rear car seat in rear passenger side for my 6 year old ... Key Success Story is puttling a triple folded towel(BLACK) UNDER the seat to help catch any "residual food or drink spillage " :notsigned: that may occur during after school pick up/transport, long trips, etc..

Not a problem at all

I've had 2 car seats since day one and my prior car was a 2 door as well. Kids have more room in the Challenger and the fold down arm rest with drink holders has been very popular.

My 3 year old's favorite phrase is "Daddy, go fast!". Gotta keep the little ones happy.

I currently have a front facing seat behind the drivers side for my 4 year old and a rear facing behind the passenger seat for my 7 month old. 4 year old climbs in by herself and I latch her in with ease (wish the driver side seat operated the same way as the passenger though with the easy flip forward handle). 7 month old is in the bucket seat that drops into the base. I have to push the passenger seat all the way forward to get the bucket into the back and it remains in that position while driving. I am able to push the back part of the seat back and it hits the bucket seat. It would be uncomfortable to have someone in the passenger seat with the 7 month old behind though. I only drive a few miles each day like this so it works for me but probably won't work in this configuration with someone in the passenger seat.

There is no way I could have pulled this off in my 06 Mustang! I had to have a 2 door sports car & will never buy a foreign made car so the Challenger was the car for me! It may not be as fast as the 5.0's I was looking at (mine is the R/T) but it's bigger and feels safer.

Another phrase heard from the back seat "make the car do that again dad!"

I have two Britax Boulevards in the backseat of mine. I haven't used a baby bucket in it but it would be easiest in the middle position and do some research and find the smallest/narrowest one you can. Lookup something called a Diono Radian. You can use them with newborns rear facing and they are the narrowest and 1 of the best car seats on the market. Before I purchased the Challenger we took it to an upscale baby store and test fitted 1 of those in the backseat and it fit between the driver and passenger seat rear facing, with the vehicle seat in any position. That maybe the way to go for you. Hope this helps!

My 4 year old daughter is always telling me to go faster, they're beating you mama! Lol

I have a front facing seat I keep in the garage for when we have the Grandkids (triplets). We only take one at a time for the whole weekend. The three of them would kill the two of us. Too much energy needed.

I have a car seat backwards for our infant son. It's a tighten fit through the door, but once you get inside the cabin there is plenty of room.

Not enjoying the reaching in and bending over, but that's what the price you pay for having a family and a muscle car.

I've had 2 Carseats in mine since the day I got it. A booster type for my 4 year old Miguel behind the drivers seat and a forward facing for my 18 month old Liliana in the middle. Also please remember that infant car seats are ALWAYS supposed to be in the middle!!! Not on either side.
