Hello there. Hope this is the correct section for this thread, if not please move!

I'm just wondering if anybody has any experience ordering from MoparPartsGiant, and what your experience/review is like about them.

I ordered a new purge valve and hose on the 5th of this month and before I placed the order, it said estimated delivery would be by like the end of the week, then after I placed my order it said estimated delivery was on the 15th, and this entire time my order status has been "processing" (for almost a week now) and now it even says estimates delivery is 12/09-12/12 (tomorrow).

So I did a quick Google search and there's a site with a bunch of negative 1 star reviews, but then there's another site with a bunch of positive reviews. To me I'm starting to personally get scam vibes from it, but just thought I'd see what you guys on here thought/if any of you have dealt with them before.

I just ordered and received a new 6.4 intake manifold from them back in November without any problems. Good discount even with the shipping cost. Your delivery times may depend on if the part is in stock or not. I normally order through my local dealership but this discount was so big I used them instead and was satisfied with their service.

I've used MPG in the past when I couldn't source for anywhere else, all sites are always going to say they have it in stock but will backorder what they don't sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

I wouldn't treat SteveWhite motors any different as I've had the same experience in the past at least two of the five times I've used their site and their pricing isn't unique enough to consider them any higher than the rest, find who you can where you can and hope for the best.

I also check rockauto and carid.com
I usually use RA and SW sites for parts cross-referencing, then go search for the best price. Seems the best price is rarely in the same place twice--always saves to shop around.

Always start with your local dealer. Real people, eye to eye and no shipping costs. I have dealt with MPG with no problems but are aware of their ratings issues as well. Good luck.

My local dealer is always more expensive. It's cheaper for me to buy online including shipping--plus I can do it all from home. I'll only go to my local dealer if I need to try to source a part same day.
I've even ordered through a dealer 40 miles away and driven to pick up a part--and still come out over $100 ahead from my nearest dealer, even after gas for the drive.

I had a great experience with Mopar Parts Giant when I purchased my rubber roof molding trim pieces I replaced and they had the best prices compared to others I was researching. My parts took 9 days from the day I placed the order to delivery at my house!

I just received an order from MPG today. I had ordered the same four small parts from another online OEM vendor and got an email from them saying three of the four parts were on national beck order and were not available. I decided to try another vendor, moparpartsgiant in this case. A few days later I received an email stating that one item was on order from the Chrysler Parts Center and that the order would ship in it's entirety when that came in. Delivery to me was 11 days total from order date.

I did check Steve White parts before I ordered. Prices were close but shipping was almost twice as much. Order total was $74 compared to $60.

Depending on where you are, shipping from N.C. can be high. Just like diesel. But, my experience with STW has been nothing short of amazing. Just got my replacement Shaker to air box tube in Saturday. My local dealer claimed they couldn't even get it. SWM did. At a great price for only $8 shipping to Alabama. (y)

Luke has mentioned before to contact them about shipping. The Mopar site often makes it higher than it needs to be

Stay away from moparpartsgiants.com. I call and ask if they had my sensor in stock. Been waiting for a week and finally called and they replied that the part was discontinued. I already knew it was discontinued by the factory and I mentioned it to mopar parts giant that if was no longer available from mopar, and yet they told me THEY had it in stock. They never emailed or notified me the part no coming. I would highly recommend staying away from this business. Thank you

MoparPartsGiant online scammed me, and their return policy statement didn't hold up. They were forced to refund $665 to my Paypal account, but I got stuck with a $204 shipping charge for two CV axles that weren't even close to what I ordered. I captured my purchase screen that showed that I ordered the correct part numbers. They just shipped whatever they wanted. I think the company is just some guy in his basement with a fancy website - like you said, he has ZERO inventory. The sites with the 5-stars are paid reviewers and therefore Liars. I get offers from Chinese companies all the time where they ask me to buy something from them like a Bidirectional scanner/programmer, and if I write a positive review they promise to refund my purchase price.

My experience with Mopar Parts Giant has been nothing short of infuriating. If you're considering ordering from them, don't. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke, and they seem to have no intention of honoring the return policy they proudly display on their website.

After ordering a part based on the information provided on their site (which turned out to be incorrect), I followed their stated return process to the letter. I submitted the return request promptly, sent the item back in perfect condition, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Communication from their end was non-existent unless I reached out—at which point I was met with canned responses, endless deflection, and outright refusal to process the return.

It's clear that their customer service is designed to wear people down until they give up. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a deliberate strategy. They treat customers like a nuisance rather than a priority. It's especially frustrating when their mistakes cost you time and money and you're left fighting just to get what you're owed.

Bottom line: Mopar Parts Giant is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Poor communication, terrible support, and a complete disregard for their own policies. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and left holding the bag.
