Paddle shifters on any steering wheel

I'm considering purchasing a used Dodge Challenger R/T V8 (2016-2020), but I've noticed that many of the models available don't come with paddle shifters on the steering wheel. I'm wondering if it's possible to install paddle shifters on these Challengers additionally, regardless of the type of steering wheel they have. If not, what should I specifically look for in a Challenger to ensure that paddle shifters can be successfully installed?

Thank you in advance and looking forward for your answers!

Thank you for the answer and that is great to hear! Does this mean that all Dodge Challenger R/T steering wheels from 2015 onwards are capable of having paddle shifters installed by default? Are there any specific conditions or instances where paddle shifters may not be installable? I'm particularly concerned about cases (if any) where the manufacturer had built the steering wheels without the necessary wiring inside.

sorry, I was at work when I responded, yes it's tricky but easy. I used the Hellcat Shifters as they are bigger than the R/T ones. You will need a security bypass or you add an OBD port in your trunk on an 18 up. Lots of information on this site. Welcome aboard.
