I feel like the people who don’t like this color haven’t seen it in person. Can’t believe they discontinued it. I feel like at night it looks like destroyer grey.

I've seen it hundreds of times and don't understand why someone would want a primer grey car, same with Destroyer grey.
Not publicly knocking it, it is however the least likely of my choices.
We share the same opinion. It would be my last choice. I don't think a primer color car looks good at all.

Color is a personal thing.

Doesn't matter what others think, as long as your happy with your choice.

Nice looking ride. Enjoy it.
Agreed. That's all that matters. I went silver triple nickel with my new order because I'm happy with it. If you like smoke show... knock yourself out. (y)

I would be interested in seeing the sales numbers. Is smoke show going away because it didn't sell well?

Destroyer grey and smoke show are my favorite colors since I first got my 2019 SXT. They didn't have any on the lot then. They didn't have any in 21 when I got my R/T. Custom ordered my hellcat and got smoke show! Love it and have gotten nothing but compliments on it. Seems like it's a love it or hate it type of color. With most people aiming twords love

They only made around 300 in 2020 for all models

So the sales numbers contradict that statement.
I see black white silver and red Challengers all day long. I'm happy to see the volume of Challengers out there. If they only sold 300, not much desire. BUT I get it, you like it , nothing wrong with that.

Like someone else said color is personal. I have a go mango rt and do like the color but my go to colors would be white knuckle and pitch black over go mango. I have seen smokeshow many times and not really a fan. Destroyer grey on the other hand looks awesome to me. Its all personal preference.

Also a huge fan of triple nickel. I like the neutral colors but something about smokeshow i dont like that much.

Same here. I wanted a forgiving color for the new order and TN is definitely that. Not a fan of pitch black at all. Live and learn. Looking forward to the silver and black combo.

I don't dislike it but not for me. But, it is very popular with allot of people. That's what makes a horse race! It's the plethora of colors of these cars that I think is so cool.

I had a 21 hellcat smoke show and I sold it because I ordered a different car... then I started missing my smoke show so I bought another one and cancelled the order for the other car which was black. I've had a green with envy, sublime, 2 black 2 smoke show. and I like my primer mobile and the satin black hood makes it looks like it needs even more paint

Add enough black accents and they all look good! :p

Rare to me would mean back in the day ordered with the 440 Six Pack, Shaker Hood, 4 speed, Super Track Pak 4:10 gears, Rallye Wheels, console, pistol grip, AM/FM, AC, Rear Window Louver Package, factory Spoiler Package,...in Lemon Twist

As opposed to any color that was available all MY with no limit yet was not chosen by many

Then again maybe in the far future any limited production feature will be what differentiates value...for the museums

thiat would be a common combination. the rare 1 of 1 cars are weird combos like a HEMI Cuda bench seat, column shift, automatic in puke green.

not a fan and ive been looking at used hellcats and its seems people agree because there usually a bit cheaper and tend to sit on the lots longer. but if you like it thats good enough. Im not real big fan of the black wheel fad either. Id like to see an chrome wheel option on the scats and hellcats myself. The car is suppose to be a throwback to the 70s and nobody back then would have bought black wheels or a primer colored car. Only black wheels back them were under hub caps or if someone had messed up wheels and took a spray can and painted them black. but obviously theres alot of people that dont agree with that. Now i dont mind a flat black car because they look kind of sinister, but would i order one? Nope.

You lose credibility when she’s your back up plan, what a skank. That whole family is famous because their father (Robert) was OJ’s friend. He was only put on his legal team so he couldn’t be called to testify since there’s attorney client privilege. Se how everything is orchestrated in life.

Destroyer Grey has to be my absolute least favorite grey, I can't believe that the one shade of grey I didn't find objectionable is being replaced by DG. It wasn't my first choice of color, but I did consider getting SmokeShow...and then spraying it with a satin flattening coat. If it's going to look like primer, it can't be shiny.

No arguing which color should be, get what you like.
Mine goes to Smoke show :)
Yeah it's funny... I googled most forgiving paint colors and the top 3 were...

Gray (smoke show)
silver (triple nickel)
white (white knuckle)

My previous Challengers were torred and pitch black. The red was fine... never again on the black.

The new order is triple nickel which was my top choice. This isn't the exact car I'm getting... but close enough for visuals.
