My 2022 R/T Vehicle Health Report quit working, emails stopped, MOPAR website shows the last update was 04/19/24, and the Dodge phone app shows the last update was 2/23/2024.

Anyone here have the same experience?

I just purchased my 2017 Dodge R/T on 2/29/24 with the Guardian free trial. It has never worked amongst other things on my Infotainment system and SOS. As of Monday 4/29/24 the new the Uconnect 8.4 (NAV?) was replaced. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT the Vehicle Health Report. I'm waiting on a response from Uconnect and have a Reference number. Guardian pointed me in that direction as well. The number I have is 855-792-4241.

I sent a message to Dodge Customer Care, they directed me to SiriusXM Guardian to solve my update problem.

Their representative determined that my phone app stopped updating the day I started my paid subscription after the free trial ended. Apparently there's a setting somewhere that I need to change to opt in for phone app updates. The last VHR email I received was on 5/19, the MOPAR VHR was updated 5/20. Dodge phone app last updated 2/23/24.

The rep couldn't tell me where that setting is, and I can't find it on the MOPAR site, SiriusXM site, or Dodge phone app.

This is the FAQ on the SiriusXM site that seems to address this issue, but I can't find a "Vehicle Preferences" choice anywhere.

That's not the one I have. My app is a black square and a white Dodge logo with red stripes.

I deleted and re-installed it yesterday and the Health Report updated to May 19, now matching the MOPAR site and my last email VHR.

The compatibility list in that video description only goes to 2018, so it doesn't include my 2022 Challenger.

Yes, I'm sorry I'm late to the game here. So I bought a 2023 last July and the salesman told me my old App wouldn't work. He downloaded the newest version for me(I'm cell phone stupid), and the new version works. My last update was May 16th.
