So far as I see, the 28S is a package for the R/T Plus Shaker, not the R/T Shaker. Also, an automatic transmission is an option separate from packages. You can get a 28S package with a manual or an A8.

Hmm that's weird because when I click on the RT shaker I have two options it says, 28s which has all that standard or just 22s which is manual transmission
