They do pretty much just look like a Shaker, which is the idea. Unless you were well versed, you'd have a hard time telling, unless it wasn't done well

I'm pretty sure Sun Coast is no longer in business, this is who I bought my shaker from, it was a functional shaker. Seemed to be a good product, I was happy with it. I no longer have the V6, but I still have the hood and shaker, not sure if I'm going to put it on my Scat Pack.

The engine cover has mounting points...

Maybe this could be your template. You'd need to see what height you'd get with the shaker. If it fits on top of the engine with the shaker hood closed, then you are just figuring base height. Put shaker on existing mounts, hood closes to seal to the shaker. The shaker would conceivably "shake" as it was mounted to the engine.

I was thinking about using the engine cover as a baseplate. The sad thing about the Pentastar is that its not symmetrical. And those studs are off-center
And the studs are also not the same height which presents a problem on how to fit an adapter plate to them that is level horizontally.

Update: i found out you can take out the rubber ball studs out of the engine cover. Take them out and put it in a metal rod big enough for it to fit. Cut those rods and put a metal bar on top, that way the oem bracket would have a strong foundation on the engine. You can buy those rods and metal bars at your local hardware store.

Without knowing how much clearance between manifold and the shaker hood, it's hard to tell if it's sitting high or not.
