OK - I've got some questions.....the bracket fab is straightforward - but it looks like extensive mods on the base - what did you use for material? epoxy/resin only? any mat? what was compatible with whatever plastic the pan is made of? what did you use as a form? is it the original lip re-bonded on or all new? any in progress pics? i've done some fiberglass work before - just looking to hear how you did it and be pointed in the right direction - i lucked into a base and bubble cheap and would like to go this route too.
 
I just noticed this due to it being mentioned in another thread.
So as of this, it is non functioning, correct? If so, maybe opening up the front of the base could allow access to make it function instead of over the driver's side like on a HEMI?
Might take a shorter duct with wider shape to clear, but I think it would be possible. Either way, I love this project.
 
One could remove a spark plug to make the V6 a true "shaker"! :p
