Turn signals and wipers

I recently bought a 2009 Challenger SRT8 and the wipers, turn signals and brights along with the horn are not functioning. I took to the nearest dealer and they said it was the steering command control module and that new parts are discontinued. I took it to an independent shop and they also said the module was bad and that used ones would not function due to VIN issues. The part # is 68054491AA. I need this part or another solution. Everything else is fine electronics wise. It runs fantastic.

Did you try resetting the steering command module?

Don't remember who posted this:

Any time you have a dead or low battery
you have to re-set the Steering Angle Sensor
(this will trip off ESP, ABS error lights)

Make sure steering wheel is straight ahead
-start engine (leave in Park (auto) or Neutral (manual))

Sitting still do this:
turn steering full lock to Left and the full lock to Right and then back to center
-error messages should clear themselves
