No water in gas otherwise all of our cars would be dead. It’s additives that sets them apart. For example Wawa gas is cheap because they don’t have all the lovely additives that help keep your engine running clean. That’s where you hear people say to stick to top tier gas like BP, Shell, Mobil1 etc. Also helps negate the extra step of an ejection cleaner.

I can get bp and shell for less than wawa lately, something’s backwards there lately.
