Looking over these older posts. Gave me an idea so I went to my local library website. And after surfing a bit on data sites. It took me to the full Challenger factory service manual. All online which kind of drives me nuts. I'd much rather have a printed manual. But hey it's got a lot of good info.

 

Any updates to the online access?

You're right, Roswell Public Library does have the Chilton Auto Repair Manual available online for free, for residents of New Mexico.

So chilton now has FSM info on models up to 2023. It also 2024 dodge hornet FSM info.

Acquired the data to answer my main dash removal question. No wonder the top dash wouldn't come off. You have to remove the WHOLE thing. This was hinted in a couple of utube posts but not clearly shown by Demonik (2 good intro videos though) and Valeriu Moscalu (shows some dash cover removal after the whole thing is removed.)
