Map & vanity lights don't turn on

Something I noticed recently (and is a recent issue as it's worked before)
My map lights and vanity lights don't come on.

The Map lights work when the door is opened, or the dash switch is on, but they don't turn on with the switch (by pushing the lens) if interior lights are off.
However, if the interior lights are on, and I press the lens, the lights do turn off, so it seems the switch is good, and the lights have power to them, and not burnt out bulbs.

I'm stumped...

edit: 2015 Scat Pack

Should have specified, 2015 ScatPack.

There’s the 2 dials, one for gauge lighting and one for the “ambient” lighting.
When I turn the gauge lighting all the way up, all interior lights come on.

The other one adjusts the brightness of the little lights in the door panels, but has no effect on the map lights..

I have a 2016, and I can tell you, pushing those map light lenses does nothing unless the engine is running, or you are in accessory mode. You can't just get in your car and push a lens and have it stay lit.
I'm not sure if I helped things, or confused you more.

Welcome to Challengertalk ;) Will the shop not fix their mistake? There is a connector to the Overhead Module, I'd check the connector and harness. Either something unplugged, wire pulled back in connector, crimped, damaged
